Phase-II
After completion of Phase - I of D G Visit for our club by 7-30 PM on 14/05/2023 , from 8-00 PM onward District Governor attended in the joint meeting of all 6 Rotary clubs of Zone-III RID 3240, to conclude his official club visit for all such clubs. The joint meeting was held at Bardhaman Bhaban , where DG and AG Zone-III RID 3240 addressed before and interacted with the members from all 6 clubs, anne/ spouse and lets. DG gave an overwhelming concluding speech and the joint meeting was adjourned followed by fellowship dinner.
