Our Club, Rotary Club of Asansol Greater under the guidance of Club President and Club Secretary took the initiative to distribute 50 New School Bags and 51 New sarees and 50 New Combs to the underprivileged Children and their parents of the slums around Asansol with the co operation of Sri Chandrashekhar Kundu who is an eminent social activist of Asansol on 29 th November 2022. Many members of our Club actively participated in this Project. We handed over the bags and sarees directly to the students of the schools run by Chandrashekhar Kundu and their parents by visiting the slums physically. We distributed the Bags in Two different schools and distributed the sarees in two different slums . The project was a great service to the society.
