RCSH distributed Personal Hygiene kits and two stoves to the children of St. Marys childrens Home on the 9th of march as a part of Womens Day celebration. A total no of 75 personal hygiene kits were distributed for the girl orphans of the St. Marys Childrens Home. There were 40 girls above 12 years of age and 35 were below 12. The older girls received Sanitary Pads for 2 months, tooth brushes, toothpaste and a bar of soap. The younger received a hand towel with a toothbrush, a toothpaste and a bar of soap. The childrens Home was also in need of an electric stove to make hot water for the girls and so two electric stoves were also donated by the club for the purpose. Miss Jasmine, social work representative accepted the kits on behalf of the orphans.
