District Governor’s Official Visit to our club at Hotel Peerless Inn , Durgapur.

DG visit of our club held on 21st April at Hotel Peerless Inn , Durgapur along with other clubs of our zone .
Close door meeting with DG and our board members was held from 5.30pm to 7.30 pm. Power point presentation of projects undertaken by our club till date was presented by our secretary. DG started general meeting with all members of 3 Rotary Clubs of our Zone at 8 pm. From our club ,we presented memento to DG as a token of love.
Memorable moment of the day was when our charter member was honoured and presented with the memento with his 50 years with the Rotary. The memento was collected on his behalf by Rtn Sandeep Bhalotia at District Conference held at Digha in his absence. On request of our club, DG recreated that moment as our Rtn Surendra Jhunjhunwala was present.
DG handed over the memento to our Charter Member. It was a lovely moment.
The meeting was followed by Dinner. Our members ,Anns also attended the program.
