Felicitation of the Media Heros

Project Overview:--: This project enhanced the public image of Rotary as the project was covered in different local channels.
Project Description:--:
On call of District Governor, RI District 3240 on 31st July’21 we From Rotary Club of Tagore land felicitated 7 media heroes from different media houses for their exemplary and outstanding contribution during the covid 19 pandemic. The programme was conducted by our Public Image chair, Rtn. Joygopal Dutta. President Rtn. Pawan Suhasaria welcomed the guests and briefly described the importance of the programme. IPP Rtn. Shubhankar Ghosh initiated the programme with a wonderful talk on the importance of media in our lives. Our Public image Rtn. Joygopal Dutta is himself a dedicated media hero working with Doordarshan. Secretary Rtn. Tanuja Somani presented the vote of thanks. A large number of Rotarians and their families were present on the occasion.
The project was covered in local news channels of all the 7 reporters who were felicitated.
