Project Overview:--: Free LN-4 Prosthetic Hand Camp centrally at Dimapur jointly with other 6 Rotary Clubs and ABMMS
Project Description:--:
Rotary Club of Golaghat along with other six Rotary Clubs viz. RC Dimapur, Kohima, Mokokchung, Imphal, Polo City Imphal & Jorhat organised a free LN-4 Prosthetic Hand Camp centrally at Dimapur on 3rd June, 2023. Akhil Bhartiya Marwari Mahila Sammelan, Golaghat and DDRC, Dimapur also participated as co-partners of the project. After intensive publicity including news paper coverage, our club could get information of several persons who lost their hands due to certain accidents and we have made visits to all such persons to collect required information directly from them. Out of such persons 3 persons located by RC Golaghat found to be suitable for LN-4 Prosthetic Hand as confirmed by technical desk of the project. All 3 of them were provided LN-4 Prosthetic hand at the Camp along with other beneficiaries brought by other clubs. Rotary Club of Calcutta Presidency provided all the LN-4 Prosthetic Hands free of cost, extended entire technical support and executed the project successfully.

Hiring charges of individual vehicles from residence of beneficiaries in Golaghat District to the camp at Dimapur, cost of publicity, cost of verification of various persons to ensure technical eligibility and other related cost of organising. LN4 Prosthetic hands were provided free to the camp through RC Calcutta Residency.
