Gift of Life

Four and half months old Raffaela Gratia Lyngdoh of Laitkor underwent successful surgery for congenital heart disease at Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences, Kochi, on 4th May 2023. She is the sixth child sponsored by The Rotary Club of Shillong, this Rotary year, under the Gift of Life program. This was by far the most difficult case due to her other medical conditions, but the surgeon in charge was happy with the outcome.
