You don’t have to eat less; you just have to eat right.

We held a diabetes awareness camp at Botgachhtala, Band Road, Malda, on 28.07. 2022. At least 150 people had their diabetes tested and Blood Sugar Tested. They were advised to visit a doctor regularly for check up. We spread awareness about the list of do’s and don’ts. We told them the importance of the balance of sos ( Salt, Oil and Sugar) in everyday eating habits and made them aware about the saying “Ek Chummuch Kam Char Kadam Aage”. Rtn. Dr. Rudrendu Chatterjee and Dr. Pritam Sarkar spend their valuable time in this Camp.
