Project Description:--:
RC Golaghat observed the Doctor's Day on the first day of the new Rotary year 2022-23 by felicitating a nonagenerian Doctor viz. Dr Hira Gogoi, Retired Joint Director of Health Services on 01.07.2022 at his residence at Golaghat. Besides, a citation admiring his life time achievements, he was felicitated with traditional Gamocha, Cheleng and Safura in presence of Rotarians, family members and his neighbors.
