31st July, RC OF GREATER SILCHAR has opened up a permanent skill development centre for special children with the association of Sakhsham NGO at Sivalik park,Silchar
It has been started with 5nos sewing machines, provided from District Grant 2021-22.
RC Greater Silchar extend heartfelt thanks to DG for making this initiative into reality.
