Skill-building program helps to empower women and community at large. RC Ukhra is successfully running its second permanent Vocational Training Centre at remote Khottadihi village to support rural women. So far 74 women has registered for the training program. Training on stitching, embroidery, fabric painting is given by 2 teachers twice a week.
