Rotary Computer Training Centre of Rotary Club of Silchar, in association with Digital Computer Centre ,Tarapur started a basic Computer Training Course on 12th April 2033.The Course was inaugurated by the President Rtn Ramanuj Gupta.This course is a part of permanent Computer vocational training Centre of Rotary Club of Silchar . Most of the students are female, which will enable them to be economically empowered in future. As April is the month to provide low income , underinsured women with the knowledge, skills and opportunities to improve and empower them with employment and empowerment.
