Silk Farmer’s Awareness Camp.. Awareness starts from the very grass root level.

This is our permanent project & we will be move throughout the district for enrichment of Malda district's silk economy. We went to Krishak Bazar, Kaliachak-1, Malda today at morning session to spread awareness among the silk farmers of that area. In presence of minister of westbengal smt. Sabina yasmin Our expert gave valuable information and guidance to those farmers regarding how to plant Morus Alba and Morus Indica more efficiently and overall benefiting more from their yield. The farmers also asked about their queries. Our expert suggested them how to take care of plants from pests, how to increase the fertility of the soil, how to get greener leaves, how to use modern technology into the farming, and more importantly how to preserve silk from any danger. It was a very effective interactive session. We have promised those farmers to again carry
