On 27th March, RC Silchar Pink members felicitated Dr. Shabnam Bahar Barbhuiyan with Vocation Excellence Award for her outstanding contribution in the field of health care. She is in-charge of Rotary Cachar cancer Hospital blood bank. She was a dedicated doctor available 24x7. Club member AG. Rtn. Chandana Purkayastha offered her honorary membership by putting Lepel pin. She expressed her gratitude for the honour and expressed her desire to join Rotary shortly.
